Throughout her career, Margaret has represented a broad swath of notable clients, including many of nation’s largest healthcare and insurance companies. Her clients have exclaimed receiving “excellent work from a super attorney” in working with Margie, who has obtained favorable defense awards, summary judgments and defense verdicts on behalf of manufacturers, nursing homes and insurers, among numerous other clients.
Margaret’s courtroom skills have been noticed not only by clients, but by media as well, as Arizona Business Magazine lists her as one of Arizona’s top 100 Lawyers. A fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, Margaret is a frequent author and speaker and actively involved with numerous professional organizations including the American Association of Nurse Attorneys and the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance, of which she is a former Arizona state chair.
