Baker’s article appeared in the September issue of “Drug Topics,” a monthly industry magazine for pharmacists. Baker, a pharmacy consultant and Of Counsel at RCDM, discussed what pharmacists and technicians need to do to document the filling of potentially red flagged prescriptions — or any practice “that might indicate or suggest that prescriptions were filled outside the usual course of pharmacy practice.”
