Hunter’s presentation, “Navigating the Employer’s Playbook to Mental Health Well-Being,” addressed the prevalence and increasing awareness of mental health issues in the business community. This included a look at the need to create a work environment that supports and prioritizes the mental health of employees.
Additionally, Hunter provided insight into legal concerns associated with privacy, ADA and FMLA accommodations, The Arizona Civil Rights Act, and more when dealing with mental health issues.
