The Arizona Court of Appeals recently issued a memorandum decision to affirm a summary judgment in favor of a Renaud Cook Drury Mesaros, PA (RCDM) client in a legal malpractice claim. RCDM attorneys Steve Mesaros, Kelly Hedberg and Rich Goldberg worked on behalf of the defendant in the case (Wagner v. White, et al.; 1 CA-CV 19-0174).

The plaintiff appealed a ruling from Maricopa County Superior Court, but Judge Samuel A Thumma found that no error was shown and affirmed the lower court’s finding without oral argument from the parties. RCDM successfully defended the malpractice claim involving a decedent’s estate.
