When faced with malpractice claims, healthcare companies and medical providers turn to Kristin Basha for a variety of reasons: extensive legal knowledge, creative problem-solving and a commitment to achieving success on her clients’ behalf.
Kristin has successfully guided many healthcare companies and providers through every aspect of malpractice litigation, from the investigation of claims to settlement negotiations to trials. As an advocate for her clients, she strives to address malpractice issues effectively while minimizing the demands on clients’ time and resources.
That effectiveness has earned Kristin recognition as a top-rated medical malpractice attorney in Phoenix Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” every year since 2014.
Kristin also has experience in civil and commercial litigation. Early in her legal career, she worked with The Honorable Redfield T. Baum (then Chief Justice) in the District of Arizona U.S. Bankruptcy Court. She is able to put that financial knowledge to work for all of her clients, including those she served through the Volunteer Lawyers Program, which provides free legal assistance to low-income Arizonans.
As a senior associate with the firm, Kristin regularly speaks and writes about a range of legal issues facing today’s businesses. She also is a part of the ALFA International Women’s Initiative Program and is a member of several other professional associations.
